Hayman BR-5930-E BlueRidge Gun & Rifle Safe provides excellent protection to your firearms with its top-of-the-line features. In addition, it bears an RSC (Residential Security Container) label for burglary classification after passing a 5-minute rigorous training test. During the entire trial duration, a man attacks the unit physically using tools you can usually find in a household and are not exceeding 18 inches in length. The tools include screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, pry bars, hammers (with 3 pounds or lighter head weight), punches, and chisels.
Provides 90-minute fire protection
Hayman BR-5930-E is certified fire-resistant and bears a 90-minute fire rating label. In the trial, the unit was under an external temperature of 1,200°F and maintained an interior heat below 350°F. Despite the severe endurance test, the safe’s contents remain undamaged. Its body and door feature 1.5″ of fireboard in three layers of protection. This gun safe also showcases a powder coat finish, making it more resistant to fire.
Robust 11-gauge steel body and door with heavy-duty hinges
Hayman BR-5930-E has an external dimension of 59″H x 30″W x 24″D and weighs 664 lbs. It features an 11-gauge steel body and a full 1/4″ solid steel plate door. The door includes heavy-duty hinges, allowing it to swing smoothly. There are (10) 1 1/2″ bolts that lock the door on all four sides with three-way active bolts. In addition, deadbolts lock the hinge side that strengthened its protection from pry attacks.
Versatile and upholstered interior
Hayman BR-5930-E has an interior storage space of 14.20 cu. ft. and can hold up to 22 rifles without scopes. You can store the long guns in the shelf storage and accessories on the other side using the door organizer or have both sides carry the rifles. It has a premium fabric interior, auto-on LED lighting, 110VAC & USB power ports, and a mirrored back for visibility. For ease of use, it also comes with an electronic lock.
