Durable all-steel construction
This security safe features all-steel construction and ensures durability. Its body showcases a ¼” thickness. It has a reinforcing frame, giving the appearance of 1″ thick walls that helps discourage attack. AMSEC BLB2018 also bears a B rating for Burglary Classification.
Pry-resistant door
AMSEC BLB2018 features a recessed, ½” steel pry-resistant door. It includes a carburized hard plate, a spring-loaded relocking device that activates during a punch attack, and three 1″ solid steel locking bolts. In addition, its adjustable hinges include a solid steel full-length dead bar for protection. This dead bar prevents door removal if someone removes the hinges during a forced entry attempt.
Reliable mechanical lock
This security safe comes standard with a top-notch U.L. listed Group II key changeable lock. It comes with an internal relock and 1 million possible combinations.
